Become a Registered Construction Inspectors (RCI)
with the American Construction Inspectors Association
Requirement Check List
Provide proof of 4 years of Construction industry experience
*Those without this experience will not be qualified to become an RCI
Purchase and pass the ACIA Administration & Fundamentals Assessment Exam
After passing the Assessment Exam we will verify your provided proof of Construction experience within 3-5 business days
Once your qualifications have been verified you will receive an email with next steps to pay for and take your proctored technical exam
Once passed, new RCIs are required to renew every three years with proof of completion of 36 units of continuing education
Those who pass the examination are automatically granted three years free ACIA membership
